MANAZEL REAL ESTATE- UAE. CMCS team has been retained to implement Primavera Project Management and Primavera Contract Manager (Expedition) by Manazel Real Estate. The scope of services included doing a needs analysis , preparing various phases of the project life cycle and mapping the same into Primavera Project Professional, creating EPS, Project Code, WBS and transferring existing data from P3 to P6 and developing different project layouts and customized reports and the web based Primavera solution myPrimavera. The clients need is to see a roll up of the project schedules of various developments in and around Abu Dhabi so that timely information can be passed on to Executives managing the development. The scope of services also included the implementation of the Expedition Professional as their tool for document administration and contract management too land also project documentation like Transmittals, Request for Information, Letters, Meeting minutes, Notices, Submittals, Drawing and preparation of Cost Codes The scope also includes customized training and rolling out the solution.

DAMAN Investment- UAE. CMCS was retained by a major construction contractor in Dubai, UAE to implement the Primavera Contract Manager (Expedition) as the document administration system to be used by all project parties required by the Project Manager .The service included to standardize the structure of the Primavera Contract Manager (Expedition) system, develop project data structure and customized the forms and reports for Document modules of the Contract Manager such as Letters, RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals and Notices.

AMSI- UAE. CMCS was retained by Academia Management Solutions International (AMSI) to provide in-house Project Management training to its staff from varied departments. AMSI owns and manages schools worldwide. Spearheaded by an international advisory board, the organization offers a bouquet of comprehensive solutions to investors, schools, and academic enterprises. AMSI sought CMCS to prepare its team for the next level in Project Management excellence – the PMP certification. AMSI was also looking to implement efficient project management processes throughout its fast growing businesses.

Yokogawa- UAE and Bahrain. CMCS was retained by YOKOGAWA, a world leader in industrial automation and control, test and measurement, information systems, and industry support to provide in-house Project Management training to its engineering, sales, accounting and procurement professionals. YOKOGAWA sought CMCS to prepare its team for the next level in Project Management excellence – the PMP certification. YOKOGAWA was also looking to implement efficient quality and risk management processes throughout its fast growing businesses.

Abu Dhabi Civil Services- UAE. CMCS was retained by Abu Dhabi Civil Services to provide project management training to its staff of new project managers. Abu Dhabi Civil Services was looking to become one of the most efficient governments world wide and, as such, looked to CMCS to introduce its project management team to PMI’s processes and tools.

Middle East Airlines (MEA)- Lebanon. MEA owns several subsidiary companies such as MEAS altogether manage operations, flight and maintenance of Rafic Hariri Beirut International Airport, in addition to a fleet of nine planes to grow to around 20 in the coming period. MEA manages tens of development projects in all fields of IT, operations, capacity planning and upgrading operations. MEA decided to investigate PMI standards for project management and utilize best practices to enhance the success of their projects. MEA selected CMCS as the leader in providing PMI training and consultancy in Lebanon and the Middle East. Professional staff from IT, Engineering, Flight Operations and Maintenance attended a 5 days workshop. The workshop helped highlight several processes and procedures to capitalize on for enhancing the success factor of MEA projects.

Alfa Communications- Lebanon. Alfa is one of two cellular providers in Lebanon are undergoing restructure of their TCM – Technology Area to open a Project Management Office that will handle all their Radio, Communications, Infrastructure, Software, Billing and Applications projects. Furthermore, Alfa is one of the few companies to start implementing Portfolio Management in order to optimize their Project Investments towards achieving their organizational goals. Department heads and Professional staff attended a 5 days PMP workshop with CMCS delivered in-house at their headquarters. The workshop covered two major objectives for Alfa. The first is to prepare their project managers and professionals for the PMP certification – which is an HR objective to emphasize international best practices compliance of their human capital competency. The second was to discuss actual implementation of PMI – PMBOK Best Practices to their new structure. Alfa requested another batch of their professionals attend another in-house PMP course, in addition to other consultancy and collaboration with CMCS as a capable partner that understands the project driven discipline for the Telecommunication sector.

Mobily- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. One of three cellular providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia decided to capitalize on PMI Best Practices to enhance the Competency of their project managers. Mobily manages hundreds of projects in all areas of the company and have requested CMCS to deliver an in-house course at Riyadh. In fact, Mobily was seeking for a more professional delivery of the PMP course, while CMCS was the natural choice because the consultants who provide such training understand the Telecommunication industry needs and are able to provide more than mere training. The attendees, who were from several nationalities, majority of course Saudi, were overwhelmed and reflected in their assessment the course exceeded their expectations.

DEPA- UAE.
Part of the team operating under EMAAR on the Burj Dubai Project attended a public course in Dubai with CMCS. DEPA professionals chose CMCS based on their rewarding previous experience with CMCS, as they attended Primavera Certified Training courses earlier. Some of the attendees actually got the PMP certification afterwards, while they thought their expectations from the PMP course delivered by CMCS were met. DEPA is accustomed to very high expectations, as their projects and delivery is highly critical.

BARWA- Qatar. CMCS was retained by a BARWA in Qatar to provide advisory services in terms of developing and implementing their project management solution (PMS). The solution would include developing project management, HR and quality management manuals in addition for professional project management training. The scope would also automate the final solution using Primavera Project Management 6 (P6), Primavera Contract Manager and Pertmaster. This included designing all reports, forms, logs, letters and layouts. In addition, CMCS scope of services included providing project management, planning and scheduling, earned value management and strategic project management training as well as training for Primavera Project Management, Primavera Contract Management and Primavera Pertmaster.

City Of Arabia Project- UAE. CMCS team was retained to implement the Primavera Contract Manager (Expedition) by a major developer in UAE. The scope of services included doing a needs analysis of the client’s requirements, mapping their needs in PCM related to project documentation like Transmittals, Request for Information, Letters, Meeting Minutes, Notices, Submittals and Drawing Register. It also included developing the PCM for more than 100 consultant and contractors will be engaged in this huge project. SAMA Dubai-The Logoons Project- Dubai. CMCS was retained by a major Project Management company in Dubai, UAE to implement P6 and develop Portfolio Project management solution for their projects with more than 700 buildings and various bridges, substations, podiums and infrastructures. The scope of services included performing needs analysis of the client’s requirements, creating EPS, Project Code, WBS and transferring existing data from P3 to P6 and developing different project layouts and customized reports.

NAKHEEL- Al Furjan Project- Dubai. CMCS team was retained to implement the Primavera Contract Manager (Expedition) by a major developer in UAE. The scope of services included doing a needs analysis of the client’s requirements, mapping their needs in PCM related to project documentation like Transmittals, Request for Information, Letters, Meeting Minutes, Notices, Submittals, Drawing Register and Material. It also included developing a customized Cost Worksheet, Contracts, Purchase Orders and Change Management Documents. Customizing forms and reports for Document and Cost modules such as Letters, RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, Notices and Payment Requisition was the other part of service.

Ahmadiah-AKTOR, Jumeirah Business Centre Towers, Ahmadiah, JLT- Dubai. CMCS was retained by a major general contractor in Dubai to develop a project plan baseline for 5 commercial towers in Dubai. The scope of work included developing WBS level 1 and level 3 of the project plan and loading all costs, resources and materials and extract cash flow, resource curves and histograms and project progress plan from the program.

Dubai Mall, BARCO/SPL- Dubai. CMCS was retained to develop and update baseline plan for the multi media system of one of the biggest shopping malls in the world located in Dubai, UAE. The scope of work included developing project baseline and loading all costs, recourses and materials to the program and extract cash flow, resource curves and histograms, and project progress plan from the program, as well as update it on weekly bases and prepare the weekly and monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.

Souria Holding - Syria. CMCS was retained by Souria Holding in Syria to develop their project management methodology and project management office. The scope of service also include professional project management training for their team.

Jumeirah Al Khor Hotel and Apartment, DHCC/Morganti- Dubai Health Care City. CMCS team was retained to implement the Primavera Expedition software as a web-hosted solution for a 550 Million Dollar Hotel and Apartment development in Dubai, UAE. The scope of services included doing needs analysis of the client’s requirements, developing data structure, mapping their needs and customizing forms and reports in Primavera Contract Manager related to various project documentation’s such as Request for Information, Letters, Meeting Minutes, Transmittals, Submittals, Safety Issues, Drawing register, Issues and Daily Reports, which was required by the client, project manager, consultant and contractors

Thales- UAE. CMCS team was retained to develop the Project Baseline Schedule and perform project prolongation, delay and EV analysis to support Claim Management System for Thales, Package Contractor of the Dubai International Airport Expansion . The scope of services included using Primavera version 5.0 and Contract Manager version 11.0. It included also coaching Thales team to log submittals, RFI’s, Changes and Cost information in Expedition.

CSC- Lebanon. CMCS was retained by a principal Member of MasterCard International and Visa International providing issuing & acquiring services. This was to implement a Portfolio Project management solution to manage projects / services that CSC offers to more than 75 Client banks in 20 countries. The scope of services included understanding the client needs, providing training sessions, mapping their requirements into the tool and rolling out the solution.

Bouygues Ahmadiah Joint Venture (BAjv)- Kuwait. CMCS was retained to implement the Primavera Expedition solution by a client’s agent BAjv, a joint venture between French contractor Bouygues and Kuwait’s largest main contractor, Ahmadiah. The scope of services included doing a needs analysis of the client’s requirements, mapping their needs in Expedition Software related to project documentation like Transmittals, Request for Information, Letters, Meeting minutes, Notices, Submittals & Drawings. The software is being utilized to manage design documents/ phases for the Mall of Kuwait.

Odebrecht / Al Jaber JV. CMCS was retained by a major contractor OAJ in Abu Dhabi. CMCS was responsible for producing detailed baseline tender plan for Abu Dhabi Airport New 2K Runway Expansion. This included planning & scheduling for different stages of the project works: runway and taxiways, Airfield lighting, civil, irrigation, road works, etc. The scope of services also included resource assignments, cost loading the plan for monitoring the budget / cash flow and develop coding structures to establish a standard reporting procedure.

Qatar National Project Management (QNPM)- Qatar. CMCS was retained by a global management consulting firm to implement a project management solution for one of the GCC states for which 44 government agencies will use for defining, planning, implementing and closing projects. CMCS scope of services also included developing training material for managing civil and infrastructure projects and delivering the same.

First Gulf Bank- UAE. CMCS was been retained by a Major Bank in Abu Dhabi to implement the Primavera Expedition software as a web-hosted solution for their property Development Department. The scope of services includes doing a needs analysis of the client’s requirements, mapping their needs in Expedition Software related to various project documentation’s required by the client, consultants and various package contractors for the various projects. This included training for their staff.

TRANSCO- UAE. CMCS was been retained by a Major Government Organization in Abu Dhabi to implement the Portfolio Project management solution for their various projects. The scope of services includes doing a needs analysis of the client’s requirements, designing and mapping their needs in Primavera Project Management, Expedition and myPrimavera Software related to various phases of the project life cycle and generating customized reports to various stake holders. Dubai Festival City- UAE. CMCS was retained by a major Real Estate developer in Dubai to implement Complete Primavera project management solution including Primavera Project Planner, Primavera Contract Module (Expedition), Primavera Pertmaster, Primavera Charts and Primavera Planner Web Module. The scope of work service including mapping their projects in Primavera Planner module and their cost control procedures and date related to all design, procurement and construction projects in to the Primavera Expedition including contracts, changes, payment requisitions, invoices and POs. The work also contained of developing needed forms and reports and creating managerial dashboard reports. CMCS team also developed a complete user manual for all modules and conducted more than 130 days of implementation and 50 days of training.

PDO- Oman.
CMCS was retained by a major oil company in Oman to help building the organization competency in planning, Primavera Project Management and Primavera Pertmaster. CMCS has provided more than 70 days of training to client’s staff including the customization of training manuals. CMCS scope of services also included delivering Primavera Project Management and Primavera Pertmaster software applications.

Ahmadiah Contracting- UAE.
CMCS was retained to develop a project plan for a luxuries 70 story tower in Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The scope of work included WBS level 1 and level 3 of project plan with more than 5000 activities and loading all Costs, Resources and Materials and extract Cash flow curves, Resource flow curves and histograms and project progress plan curves form the plan.

ASTECO- UAE.
CMCS team has been retained to implement the Primavera Expedition software as a web-hosted solution by a major Developer in Dubai, UAE. The scope of services includes doing a needs analysis of the client’s requirements, mapping their needs in Expedition Software related to various project documentation’s required by the client, consultants and various package contractors for the development. This includes customized training for each of the modules of Expedition like Request for Information, Letters, Faxes, Meeting Minutes, Transmittals, Submittals, Drawing register. Also a customized user training/reference manual for Expedition is included as part of the services.

PARSONS-CH2MHILL- Iraq.
CMCS has been retained by an international project management firm in Iraq who are responsible for the various constructions being funded by the US Government. The scope of services includes for providing customized training and workshops to Iraqi staff related to their industry. These training are on the various Primavera applications, Estimation software of US Cost ‘Success Estimator’ and Project Management training’s.

Bank Muscat- Oman.
CMCS has been retained by a major bank in Oman to implement a web based project management solution using Primavera product myPrimavera. The scope of services included understanding the client needs, doing a customized training, mapping their requirements into the tool and rolling out the solution. The client has realized enormous benefits in rolling out the solution to their Information Technology Departments which manages the various IT projects.

Qatar Petroleum- Qatar. Primavera has been selected as the maintenance and turnaround solution by a major petroleum company in Qatar. CMCS scope of services included understanding/ answering the various client specific requirements as it relates to their shutdown industry. The client is integrating Primavera solution with their work order management system SAP.

KGOC- Kuwait.
CMCS team has been retained to implement a Planning and Budgeting solution for a major Oil and Gas company in Kuwait. The scope of services included doing needs analysis of their current EXCEL based system used for Budget proposals and approval for expenditures and mapping the same to Primavera. The service also included customized training and creating a training/reference manual.

KNPC- Kuwait.
CMCS team was retained by a major oil refinery client in Kuwait. The scope of services included training / implementing Primavera Enterprise in their various refineries at Kuwait. CMCS also provided them consultation services to integrate Primavera Enterprise with their work order management system ‘Maximo’. This was the first integration in Middle East and also the world to function successfully. Due to this implementation the client has realized a substantial cost savings / turn out time during shutdowns. The scheduling in Primavera Enterprise included both Day to Day Scheduling as well as Shutdown Scheduling.

OmanTel- Oman. CMCS team was retained by a regional telecommunication provider in the GCC to develop their Project Management Office. The scope of services included assessment of existing operations, develop the projects delivery life cycle, develop the standard operating procedures manual, develop the job description manual, develop reports and forms, implement the Primavera Enterprise and Expedition software applications, provide project management and tools training, assist in recruiting and developing the PMO staff and pilot test the PMO implementation.

DEPA- UAE. CMCS team was retained by an International contract for interiors decoration to develop their standard project delivery procedures that will to be adopted across all of their projects in the Middle East. The procedures was required to be in line with Quality Standards which was ISO certified. The scope of services also included the implementation of the Expedition Professional as their tool for document administration and contract management tool.

Dubai Civil Aviation- Engineering Projects- UAE. CMCS team was retained by the Engineering Projects Directorate of a Regional Civil Aviation Authority to develop the standard operating procedures for the delivery of their engineering and construction projects of the US$ 2 Billion expansion of International Airport. The scope of services also included developing the financial, administrative and human resources procedures manual. The standard procedures manuals included the development of detailed processes, flow charts, forms and reports and checklists for their internal auditors. The scope of services also included the implementation of the Expedition Professional as their contract administration tool.

Ministry of Public Works and Housing- UAE.
CMCS team was retained to develop the standard operating procedures manual for the project delivery process at a Regional Ministry for Public Works and Housing. The procedures manual and job description manuals where required to be developed in Arabic. The scope of services included the customization and implementation of the Primavera Enterprise and Expedition Professional software. The customizations included the translation of those applications. CMCS scope of services included developing a web-enabled projects information system that is accessible by the ministry. In addition, the scope included developing and implementing an Oracle-based computerized maintenance management system for the client’s assets. CMCS scope included providing project management and PM tools training.

OIED- Iran. CMCS team was retained by a major EPC Contractor to develop their standard project delivery procedures that will be implemented on the US$ 850 Million Oil Fields. The scope of services also included the implementation of the Expedition Professional as their tool for document administration and contract management tool and Primavera Enterprise as their Project Management tool.

MACE international- UAE. CMCS team was retained by an International Project Management firm to implement the Expedition Professional as their standard document administration and contract management tool. The implementation was required to be in line with their standard operating procedures. This system became the standard used on a number of projects in the UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain with value in excess of US$ 4 Billion.

National Electricity Grid- UAE. CMCS team was retained by a group consisted of five independent government organizations which had the project for implementing a cross-country electricity grid to develop a web enabled Project Information System that is accessible by all key parties of the project. The project consisted of 7 contractually independent projects that were awarded to International contractors. The scope of work included developing a project management procedures manual, implementing Integrated Project Management Information System.

ADGAS- UAE. CMCS team was retained to develop the Project Control Services for a major Oil & Gas client in the UAE. The scope of services included the customizations and implementation of the Primavera Enterprise and Expedition Professional software. CMCS scope of services included developing the Project Baseline, Monitoring and Controlling the Project. The project was for a major system upgrade involving multiple contractors whose schedules needed to be integrated and controlled. It also involved logging the complete documentation such as correspondence received, correspondence sent, meeting minutes, risk register, action plan for all parties involved and creating customized reports suiting the various needs of the parties. CMCS also advised the client on the delays occurring by the contractors, analyzing potential claims and re forecast the time lines.

ADGAS- UAE. CMCS team was retained to develop the Project Control Services for all the Capital Projects being currently undertaken, planned to be undertaken for a major Oil & Gas client at Abu Dhabi. The scope of services included the customizations and implementation of the Primavera Enterprise. The scope of services included structuring / creating the various projects, monitoring, controlling and closing out. It also included total customizations of reports to suit the clients reporting needs.

EW COX- UAE. EWCOX is an Australian company which produces Mechanical Equipments and Safety Ladders for towers. Their projects include Burj Dubai and Dubai Marina Towers. CMCS has developed the master and detail plan for more than 87 sub projects of equipment production and create resource distribution plan in P6 based on the restriction and priority they have for delivery the products to client.

Taisei- UAE. CMCS team was retained to develop the Project Control Services for a major contractor for a water pipeline project. The scope of services included the customizations and implementation of the Primavera Enterprise and Expedition Professional software. The software was implemented on a Citrix environment due to the remote nature of the sites of a length of 260KM. The scope included project planning & updating the schedules logging the documentation of various parties in the project, creating customized reports depending on the project needs.

ASRY- Bahrain. CMCS team was retained to develop the Project Baseline Schedule and provide implementation support to a major shipbuilding client at Bahrain. The scope of services included using Primavera Project Planner 3.1. It included also provide training to the participants and implementing the project plan.

TABREED- UAE. CMCS team was retained to implement the Primavera Expedition software by a major District Cooling client in UAE. The scope of services included doing a needs analysis of the client’s requirements, mapping their needs in Expedition Software related to project documentation like Transmittals, Request for Information, Letters, Meeting minutes, Notices, Submittals, Drawing Register and Safety. It also included developing a customized Cost Worksheet, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Trends and Change Management Documents.

MORGANTI- Pakistan. CMCS was retained by Morganti in the UAE to implement the Primavera Contract Manager (Expedition) for the 250 Bed Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital Projects at Muzaffarabad & Rawalakot, Pakistan as the document administration system to be used by all project parties required by the project owner, Abu Dhabi Municipality. The service included training the users and setting up customized forms and reports for Document and cost control modules of the Contract Manager such as Letters, RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, contracts, payment requisitions and variation orders.
