
BSC Project Implementation includes following activities:
Analysis of the scorecards.
Collation of the information.
Creating the structure.
Integration with Legacy systems (If any).
Configuring System & Security Settings.
Validation of the application.
Installation of application.
Training to users.
Coordination for the maintenance of the scorecards.
A complete analysis of the client scorecards will be done. A detailed document about the findings will be put in place to act as a guide for the speedy data collation and mapping process.
The information related to profiles of the persons, organizational chart, vision and mission statement of the company, important news and events of the company, Objectives, Measures and Initiatives or Projects from Primavera, knowledge repository as well as other related details is collected in structured format.
The mapping of the above information with the application is carried out in creating the structure of the application. The Entire BSC is mapped and the Projects from Primavera are linked to BSC as per the prioritization done and instructions given by client.
Extracting the Measures/KPI data, tables and fields required from the various existing data sources and do the mapping/integration of tables for regular auto updating of data.
Applying security & access rights for each user and setting the threshold points for each measure and scheduling the auto mailers for data updating and review.
The mapped information is validated with the help of authorized person from client side.
The application will be installed on appropriate Client server based on hardware and software requirements mentioned in the proposal and to be arranged by Client.
Following trainings are provided:
- Training to the end users.
- Training to the Scorecard Coordinator.
- Training to the Top management.
After the completion of implementation period, the support can be provided with the conditions implied in financial considerations.
