In August 2007, BARWA management formed its PMS Technical Committee, whose first goal was to select qualified consultants to work with BARWA’ s Project Management Teams to develop corporate- wide Project Management Systems capable of integrating various processes within the project life cycle functional and best practices & standards in project management.
